1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Details regarding reservation procedures, deposits, or prepayments will be clearly communicated at the time bookings open.

The presence of booking-related information on this website does not constitute an offer to provide services until reservations are formally available and confirmed.

2. Payments

Where applicable, payment details may be required at the time of booking. Any deposits, prepayments, or cancellation charges will be clearly stated during the booking process.

Payment terms may vary depending on the type of reservation or event.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Where a cancellation policy applies, failure to cancel within the stated timeframe may result in a charge.

Any refunds are subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking.

4. Children

Children are welcome. However, due to space and logistical constraints, we are unable to accommodate prams, buggies, or similar equipment.

A limited number of high chairs are available for toddlers and young children. Please inform us at the time of booking if a high chair is required.

We do not offer a dedicated children’s menu. With prior notice at the time of booking, we will do our best to accommodate younger children where possible.

Children aged 13 and over are expected to dine from our regular menus.

5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Guests are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our dishes.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBAIR shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred on the premises, except where such liability arises from proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Changes to Booking Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms applicable to a reservation will be those in effect at the time the booking is made.
